You can manually backup files over 1GB using the drag and drop feature of our app. To use our drag and drop feature, open the JustCloud app and drag the file over the app.
Alternatively to raise the file size limit to 5GB, Increase Your File Size Limit today.
Backup Network Drives
To backup any Network drive connected to your computer, you will need to purchase an upgrade. Once you have upgraded, any Network drive can be included in your automatic backups.
