The fast building cloud storage universe can be a confusing subject for a number of reasons. Customers often feel daunted not just by the endless list of vendors, but also by the many features and gizmos which are presented. A lot of people don’t think it’s an aspect worth worrying about—because all vendors offer the same level, hours, and both email and phone services, don’t they? Wrong! This is not true at all. In fact, there are some companies that only offer 9-5 support, and some which only offer support over the phone for a price.
